The Glass House Resource Center provides support, referral, and services to the LGBTQ+ community, and is the only facility of its kind in a 100+ mile radius. Since opening on June 1st, 2024, we have sponsored programs and activities for youth ages 11-17 (with parental consent), the adult community, and allies.
The Glass House Resource Center's mission is to provide resources, education, and advocacy that celebrate diversity and empower lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer individuals to thrive authentically, fostering a more equitable society through collaboration and engagement.

We always welcome applications for volunteers. All of our volunteers go through a background check before approval. Applications and Consent for Background checks are done in person at the office. All volunteer applicants are subject to board approval. Follow this link to access our Volunteer Interest Form!
We are 100% donor-funded and volunteer-led! We derive financial support through community partnerships, fundraisers, and grants. Through the generosity of our supporters, we are able to maintain the only brick-and-mortar LGBTQ+ resource center within a 100+ mile radius. Amazingly, virtually all of our services offered to the community are free of charge!
We love opportunities to serve our community, so feel free to reach out, join us as a volunteer, or give us a visit during office hours.
